ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
GENERAL DUTIES:Assists Team Leader and Manufacturing Manager in resolutions of situations that arise during shifts / Ayuda al "Team Leader" y al "Manufacturing Manager" en la resolución de situaciones que surjan durante los turnos.

Coordinates and assigns daily work to Operators and Material Handlers. / Coordina y asigna el trabajo diario a los Operadores y "Material Handler". Coordinates rework activities to maintain Operators and Material Handlers working as per Team Leader instructions.

Coordina las actividades de retrabajo para que los Operadores y "Material Handlers' puedan trabajar de acuerdo con las instrucciones del "Team Leader".

Reviews the correctness of production reports of the shift using the "Hoja de Inspección de Operador", applicable documents ("Registros de Producción", "Traveler", among others to be in compliance with Good Documentation Practices Procedure.

Revisa la exactitud de los reportes de producción del turno utilizando la "Hoja de Inspección de Operador", documentos aplicables ("Registros de Producción", "Traveler", entre otros para cumplir con el Procedimiento de Buenas Prácticas de Documentación.

Reviews the accuracy of Stop and Fix documentation, participates in the escalation process and in the subsequent analysis carried out in the QRQC - "Quick Response Action Plan" escalation.

Responsible for auditing Operator's documentation of products manufactured by the assigned machines, following applicable visual inspection instructions. / Responsable de auditar la documentación del Operador de los productos en las máquinas asignadas, siguiendo las instrucciones de inspección visual aplicables.

Maintains good communication with the Operators that will run the machines regarding any important issue that occurred in the machine, with the product, quality, etc. / Mantiene buena comunicación con los Operadores del turno asignado a sus máquinas, con relación a asuntos que hayan ocurrido en la máquina, producto, aspectos de calidad, etc. Trains other Operators as required. / Adiestra a otros Operadores, según le sea requerido. Depending on the needs in the operations, will assist the Team Leader and/or Molding Specialist with various functions during the shift, including working as an Operator. / Según las necesidades en las operaciones, asistirá al "Team Leader" y/o "Molding Specialist" con varias funciones durante el turno, incluyendo trabajar como Operador. Confirms production and the end of the shift using SAP system, if necessary. / Confirma la producción del turno usando el Sistema de SAP, de ser necesario.

Can act as a backup to the Team Leader in operational tasks, when necessary or required. / Puede actuar como "back-up" del "Team Leader" en tareas operacionales, cuando sea necesario o requerido.

Works under minimal supervision, provides leadership and direction to other team members. / Trabaja bajo supervisión mínima, proporciona liderazgo y dirección a otros miembros del equipo.

Will report to the "Team Leader" the possible lack of materials and personal protective equipment to maintain manufacturing operations. / Reportará al "Team Leader" la posible falta de materiales y equipo de protección personal para mantener las operaciones de manufactura.

Observes all company rules, regulations, and procedures such as safety and housekeeping. / Cumple con las reglas, regulaciones y procedimientos de la compañía, tales como seguridad y "housekeeping". Maintains the working area clean, organized, and safe, following the 5S Methodology. / Mantiene el área de trabajo limpia, organizada y segura, siguiendo la Metodología de 5S. Complies with all Manufacturing Procedures and Instructions applicable. Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices. / Cumple y sigue todos los procedimientos e instrucciones de manufactura aplicables a su función. Cumple con las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura. Assist employees in problem solving of job related matters and will referred to Human Resources all employees' situations that may affect work environment and team performance. / Ayuda a los empleados en la solución de problemas relacionados con el trabajo y referir a Team Leader o Recursos Humanos todas las situaciones de los empleados que puedan afectar el ambiente de trabajo y el desempeño del equipo. Attend all requested training or company meetings. / Asiste a los adiestramientos y reuniones de la compañía según sea requerido. May participate in internal committees like Safety, improvement events, etc. as required./ Podría participar en Comités internos, tales como "Safety", eventos de mejora, etc., según sea requerido.

May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. / Puede desempeñar otras funciones y responsabilidades que le sean asignadas.
