IHRE AUFGABEN:
- Erstellen und Pflegen des Artikelstammes
- Festlegen des Produktionsablaufs/Produktionsprozesses
- Bereitstellen und Optimierung der Fertigungsunterlagen
- Erstellen und Ändern der Fertigungsdokumente: Arbeitsplan und Arbeitsanweisungen (FAAS)
- Sicherstellung der Produkte-Fertigung unter den Gesichtspunkten der Funktion, Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit
- Planen und Beantragen der für die Produktherstellung benötigten Werkzeuge, Vorrichtungen und HIBE
- Vorschlagen von Zulieferanten bei deren Auswahl
- Projektleitung oder -mitarbeit gemäss Auftrag durch den Vorgesetzten
- Festlegen von Prozessparametern und Mitarbeit bei der Prozessvalidierung
- Bearbeitung von Fehlermeldungen
- Mitarbeit bei der Q-Planung
- Teilnahme an Optimierungsprojekten im Rahmen von KVP
IHR PROFIL:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung plus mehrere Jahre praktische Erfahrung und zusätzliche berufliche Weiterbildung (z.B. Meister, Techniker, Fachdiplom) oder Fachhochschulabschluss
- Alternativ eine technische oder mechanische Berufsausbildung und Weiterbildung zum Betriebskaufmann oder Prozessfachmann
- Lernfähigkeit
- Effizienz/Effektivität
- Flexibilität
- Teamfähigkeit
- Belastbarkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse
