JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for planning weekly, monthly and annual maintenance schedules and supporting resource scheduling
to complete all tasks on time. Responsible for coordination of daily machine maintenance activities including prioritization of activities based on business needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Works independently in a manufacturing environment in compliance with the Quality System
• Regulation (QSR), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and applicable Work Instructions.
• Completes documentation as required by the process and applicable work instructions.
• Manages preventive maintenance system in compliance with procedures to generate annual, monthly and weekly work plans for the maintenance team. Coordinates these schedules with the operations and planning teams.
• Monitors and identifies planned repair work and schedules it appropriately with the maintenance, operations, engineering and planning teams. Adjusts schedules to account for emergency repair work.
• Manages the eCMMS (Enterprise Computerized Manufacturing Maintenance System) database to keep all records accurate and up-to-date.
• Provides the key point-of-contact for maintenance requests and provides feedback on current scheduling of tasks.
• Supports reliability, spare parts and preventive maintenance projects.
• Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly metrics reporting.
• Analyzes equipment with the intent of achieving continuous improvement of present methods using process cost evaluation and spare part criticality.
• Supports development of user requirements specifications for new equipment processes and leads certain aspects related to maintenance and safety.
• Interfaces regularly with manufacturing engineers, engineering supervisors and other professionals.
• Supports maintenance technicians and engineers directly with work instructions, work order follow up and status updates.
• Coordinates and schedules contractor services as needed.
• Act as a reference or participate with special projects in individual areas of expertise.
• Works directly with Management to ensure minimal production machine downtime.
• Is able to train fellow employees in areas pertaining to the job responsibilities.
• Performs other related duties as required

• Demonstrates history of positive interpersonal skills showing courtesy, tact, and understanding in interactions with coworkers, even under stressful circumstances.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
• Must be proficient in computer applications including Excel; CMMS experience preferred
• Must be able to work under pressure due to reporting deadlines.
• Must be able to work independently and prioritize with little supervision.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal (listening) skills.
• Must have ability to lead efforts aimed at the identification of problematic situations, the reporting of issues, and the development of resolutions and decision making.
• Familiarity with basic quality tools and techniques.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• 2-6 years of experience in maintenance, facilities or engineering including scheduling of work, procurement of supplies and completion of quality records.
• Bachelor Degree in Business or related technical field is nice to have.
