Feladatok:

Épületüzemeltetéshez tartozó berendezések állapotának, működési feltételeinek ellenőrzése, javító intézkedések végrehajtása

Villamos rendszer működésének biztosítása

Villamos rendszerekben történő fejlesztések azonosítása és koordinálása

Villamos berendezések javítási, felújítási folyamatának kezdeményezése, elvégzett munkák dokumentálása, felügyelete (napelemes rendszerek hatósági engedélyeztetése, módosítási folyamat elvégzése)

Épületgépészeti és felügyeleti rendszerek kezelése, fejlesztése, létesítmény üzemeltetéséhez szükséges eszközök beszerzése

Új épület fenntartáshoz kapcsolódó folyamatok tervezése, költséghatékony fejlesztések beve-zetése

Beszerzésekkel, projektekkel kapcsolatos tárgyalások lefolytatása a lehetséges partnerekkel, alvállalkozókkal

Külső vállalkozók tevékenységének szervezése, irányítása, ellenőrzése, kapcsolattartás az üzemeltetés partnereivel és szolgáltatóival

Elvárásaink:

Villamosmérnöki diploma

Minimum 5 év szakmai tapasztalat ipari környezetben

Középfokú angol nyelvtudás (írásban és szóban)

Projekt szemlélet

Jó kommunikációs és problémamegoldó készség

Önálló munkavégzés

Határozottság, rugalmasság és proaktív hozzáállás

Előny:

AutoCad ismeret

Tapasztalat automatizálási rendszerek terén (pl. PLC-k, SCADA)

Programozási tapasztalat Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, vagy más Microsoft 365-alapú folyamatdigitalizálási eszköz ismerete) használatában

Villamos hálózat tervezésében vagy kivitelezésében szerzett gyakorlat

MS office csomag ismerete
