岗位职责（包括但不限于）：
负责项目的质量策划，根据客户要求按时提交各阶段的质量文件并完成相关工作，确保PPAP的准时提交和批准 主导客户审核、内部过程审核、产品审核及改进 监督日常检验工作，确保按流程、标准进行操作以保证出货质量要求 确保SOP至产能爬坡阶段的稳定生产, 产品综合良率满足客户要求。通过工序良率数据和过程能力研究，组织团队提出优先改进计划并逐步提升产品质量稳定性 开展每日快速反应会议， 跟踪内外部质量问题的改善状况。开展日常分层审核，确保现场工艺纪律被严格执行 对质量问题进行趋势分析， 推动持续改进，并定期提供质量周、月报 负责内部重大、批量质量问题的处理和改进 负责MSA、SPC 的日常监控、制定并完善项目各阶段的管控计划 领导跨功能团队对客户投诉问题进行快速响应并分析改善，以提升客户满意度 对QC或供应商提供质量标准和质量方法有关的培训 上级指派的其他工作任务
任职资格:
机械类相关专业、大专以上学历、良好的识图读图能力 7年以上钣金行业生产、质量管理经验 熟悉ISO9001、TS16949等质量管理体系要求、质量管理五大工具及VDA6.3审核要求 能熟练应用QC七大手法、5Why、8D、MSA及SPC等质量工具 有较强的逻辑思维和良好的人际沟通、交往能力 良好的英语读写能力
