JOB SUMMARY
In the role of Communications Specialist, you are responsible for managing company's internal communication, ensuring brand consistency and message clarity across all internal and external channels, and developing employer branding initiatives to foster the company's image as an employer of choice.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Internal Communications
- Create, revise, distribute and manage internal contents such as emails, announcements, newsletters, posters, banners, videos,... to ensure the company's updates are consistently communicated to employees, ensuring relevance, creativity, and consistency in tone, message, and visuals.
- Manage information boards, produce internal newsletters, magazines, and digital products that feature significant initiatives and programs.

- Drive standardization and continuous improvement in internal communications, including guidelines and formats, to reinforce brand identity and company culture.
Employer Branding
- Plan and deliver contents (posts, photos, videos...) on social media and public media channels to enhance the company's image and brand.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, lead university engagement initiatives such as workshops and other engagement activities that foster strong relationships and attract young talent.
- Facilitate employer branding awards and recognition to strengthen company branding presence.
- Manage the design, production, purchase order, payment, inventory, distribution and store management of employer branding merchandise and gifts.
Employee Engagement & other HR support
- Contribute to internal initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, collaboration, and create a positive workplace culture.
- Lead the coordination and execution of global employee surveys, including communication, response rate encouragement, and tracking company's improvements.
- Take part in relevant HR projects to drive meaningful and continuous improvement.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in English Languages, Communications, PR, HR, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in communications, employer branding, HR, or related experience.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Apps, Design tools and basic video making skills are a plus.
- Have passion for communications, branding, and creating positive employee experiences.
- Proactive, resilient, adaptable, have a growth mindset for continuous improvement.
- Creative, result-oriented and detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities.
- Collaborative team player with cross-functional coordination capabilities.
