Overview:
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to help manage our materials planning process. Your main goal will be to ensure we have the right materials at the right time, while keeping costs optimized. You'll work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and customers to make smart sourcing decisions and improve supply chain performance.

What You'll Do:

• Build and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable delivery, quality, and service.
• Develop supply chain strategies tailored to customer needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with purchasing and supply chain teams to meet customer expectations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to get the best value for the company and our clients.
• Analyze material costs and help set competitive pricing for customers.
• Continuously look for ways to reduce costs and improve supplier performance.
• Support quoting processes for new and existing materials.
• Help ensure suppliers meet our standards through audits and performance reviews.
• Work with internal teams to add preferred suppliers to customer-approved lists.
• Track and report on supplier performance to drive improvements.
• Follow safety and company policies at all times.

What You'll Bring:

• Strong analytical skills - comfortable with numbers, percentages, and basic math.
• Good communication skills - able to work with teams and present ideas clearly.
• Problem-solving mindset - able to collect data and make informed decisions.
• Computer skills - familiar with Windows and business software (Excel, ERP systems, etc.).
