About this role:
The Supervisor of Revenue Cycle Management is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and management of all activities associated with the revenue cycle processes being delivered in the GBC including, but not limited to: Benefits Verification, Claims Integrity, Prior Authorization, Appeals, AR and related functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams within the GBC based revenue cycle including, but not limited to: Benefits Verification, Claims Integrity, Prior Authorization, Appeals, AR and related functions
- Provides feedback and guidance to the team to ensure they achieve or exceed company expectations
- Communicate with internal and external groups on recommended revenue cycle strategies
- Assist in escalations and problem-solving
- Train and onboard new team members and serve as a subject matter expert to the team
- Maintain confidentiality of patient data and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
About you:
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in revenue cycle management in: Benefits Verification, Claims Integrity, Prior Authorization, Appeals, AR and related functions.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in an environment providing direction to others
- Experience working with a high claims volume provider (.5-1M+ claims annually)
- Experience with analytical tools to drive decision making
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
- Strong communication, problem solving and organizational skills
- Must be able to work under moderate stress and pressure while maintaining a professional attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Business, marketing and/or management, graduate degree
- Process improvement and project management skills
- Experience in fast-paced, team-oriented, matrixed organization
