About This Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Process Excellence Analyst to support our Shared Services operations through process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in desktop solutions (e.g., VBA, Macros, SQL) with practical experience in Lean Six Sigma. This role will partner with functional teams (Finance, HR, IT, Clinical Operations, Revenue Cycle Management, Quality Systems & Regulatory Compliance, etc.) to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and enhance service delivery within the GBS organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess improvement opportunities across global shared services processes through data analysis, process reviews, and stakeholder engagement.
• Design, develop, and deploy desktop automation tools using VBA, Macros, Excel, Access, and SQL to drive operational efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Lead or support Lean Six Sigma projects that improve cost, quality, and service levels (Green Belt-level projects or higher).
• Conduct root cause analyses and recommend actions to address recurring service delivery issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map current-state processes, define future-state solutions, and implement standardized workflows.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and operational reports to monitor KPIs, SLAs, and productivity metrics.
• Support change management efforts, ensuring adoption and sustainability of new processes and solutions.
• Contribute to the overall Continuous Improvement culture within GBS by conducting workshops, trainings, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Process Excellence, Business Analysis, or Operational Excellence roles, preferably in a Shared Services or GBS environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBA and Macros; working knowledge of MS Access and SQL is essential.

• Certification in Lean Six Sigma is a plus
• Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and root cause analysis techniques (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Effective communicator with experience presenting to stakeholders across levels and geographies.
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects with minimal supervision.
