This is a unique opportunity to shape the International Marketing Organisation and support the adoption of the Zio ® service in five markets: the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Austria, Netherlands, and Spain.

Responsibilities:
The Marketing Communications (MarCom) Manager is responsible for creating Integrated communications strategies to support product launches, brand awareness, and market positioning.
They will leverage a combination of communications channels and tools to deliver consistent, compelling, and compliant key messaging. The role overlooks both external and internal communications.
- Strategic Planning: Create a Marketing Communications strategy and plans that align with business goals, and marketing strategy to support the sales objectives.
- Sales materials: Partner with Marketing and Sales organizations to strategically identify, develop, and deliver sales materials to equip the field force with effective tools to engage customers. Includes working with agency to translate materials in all required languages.
- Brand Positioning: Collaborate with Global Marketing to ensure product messaging is consistent across regions, resonates with diverse audiences, and reflects the organization's overall brand positioning.
- Awareness Campaigns: Lead the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Product Launches: Support go-to-market strategies for new product introductions, including communication plans, messaging frameworks, and launch collateral.
- Digital Marketing: Collaborate with digital teams to optimize online presence (SEO, SEM, website, social media) and monitor analytics to improve performance, implement website content update.
- Tradeshows: Orchestrate congress strategy and presence including messaging, materials, symposia, pre-and post-event campaigns. Works closely together with Events Coordinator.
- Public Relations: Works closely together with PR agency to define strategy, monitor and track implementation.
- Legal and Regulatory Internal Review: Ensure all materials comply with applicable medical, legal, and regulatory requirement.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 - 8+ years of work experience in marketing communications, ideally within the medical device, diagnostics, digital health, or pharma industry.
- Experience working in highly regulated markets
- Must have ability to drive communications strategies, work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
- Strong Presentation and Project Management skills
- Ability to travel up to 30% including internationally
- Advanced degree (such as MBA) with 3+ years of work experience in marketing, strategy, business
- Experience in Cardiology
- Ability to create and sustain relationship with a broad set of stakeholders, Marketing, Clinical, R&D, Health Economics, and Sales
- Ability to manage agency and vendor relationships.
