The role of the Global Business Center (GBC) Manager of HR Operations is to support the smooth operation of talent acquisition and human resource processes and workflows. They will be responsible for tracking and reporting candidate and new hire metrics, updating process documents and communicating with necessary stakeholders across the organization. .

• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the candidate and employee life cycle process, working HR systems (Core, Greenhouse, Smartsheet, Workday).
• Oversees and maintains internal database files, tables, codes, backup files, integrity, and security.
• Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to candidates and employees.
• Collaborates with executive leadership and HR staff to identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing information services and databases; recommends and implements solutions.
• Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HR services users.
• Compiles or assists with complex data reports, summaries, and logs requested by senior executives and HR staff.
• Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, Information Services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HR database design and implementation projects.
• Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
• Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in data management and security, HR technology, and HRIS applications.
• Facilitates migration to a unified HRIS if required.
• Performs other duties as required.
• Administer and organize Employee Referral Program and process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requests, sending communications, tracking and events
• Update and maintain processes and workflow improvements and integrate into the appropriate systems
