About This Role

iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced and motivated HR Compliance Analyst. This individual should be highly organized, have a general understanding of employment law, and be Quality/Compliance oriented. The role is responsible for helping to drive HR compliance initiatives across the organization as well as partnering with HR Business Partners and managers to actively manage employees performance through the use of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)

HR Compliance and Performance Management Job Responsibilities Include:

  • The HR Compliance Program manager is responsible for helping to ensure iRhythm is adhering to all federal and state laws, policies, and procedures to mitigate any compliance risk. Engage, consult and collaborate with the HR Business Partner teams as necessary to identify and address any HR risk items.
  • Track employment-related federal, state and local legal and regulatory requirements and manage implementation of updates to processes, policies and systems resulting from new HR compliance requirements.  Effectively communicate impact of these changes to current processes
  • Manage status of mandatory compliance related trainings across the organization and address non completions
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and develop strategies for remediation. Includes audits on HR employee training and acknowledgements for completion.
  • Pull HR reports as necessary and customize when needed.
  • Assist with proactive HR compliance audits when required.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders with HR and legal to facilitate the timely integration of employment compliance requirements into existing processes. 
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Managers to drive performance management across the organization through standardized processes and utilization of performance improvement plans
  • Assist in special projects as requested.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Experience and Education

You are an experienced HR Generalist with the following skills;

  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 10 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Well versed in Global HR policies and law and hands on experience with employee relations.
  • Must be detail-oriented and extremely thorough to be successful.
  • Operate with autonomy and discretion.
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships at all levels.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong drive to create a positive work environment.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
