Overview:

Our products are constantly evolving. We are currently seeking to expand our team of product managers to have people dedicated to focusing on the long-term goals and direction of our products. As a member of the product management team you will be at the center of our organization’s strategy taking input from stakeholders across the organization and our customers and defining the future of what our products will be. You will be challenged to set aside your personal biases and take an objective look at our products, the market, and our customers and determine ‘what’s next’ alongside your team. Though in this role you will not have direct leadership responsibilities you will be constantly pushed as a leader to inspire others with your vision and effectively communicate how this vision supports the company’s goals.

Accountabilities:
  • Regularly interfacing with stakeholders and clients to gather feedback
  • Collaborating with other product managers to find synergies and ensure we are prioritizing the right things
  • Continuously evaluating the priority of your domain against market landscape and company goals
  • Creating and communicating the roadmap for your domain
  • Being an expert on your products both within iQ and within the market
  • Contributing to the evolution of our product vision
  • Advocating for and communicating our product vision throughout the company
  • Maintaining success metrics for your products and domain
  • Partnering with Marketing to create Go-to-market strategies for products
  • Working alongside PDLG to understand/communicate/account for technical items in your roadmap

Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of product management experience with technical products
  • Experience developing Enterprise SaaS products in a product led and customer-centric company. Our data customers are mobile operators, their retailers, and our solution partners.
  • Experience with cloud, big data, relational databases, analytics, data pipelines, ML/AI
  • Experience with REST API
  • Experience creating strategic product roadmaps, working with cross-functional teams to connect them to company objectives and customer value
  • P&L accountability for the success of your product in the market
  • Demonstrated experience defining success metrics for products/features and managing against them
  • Strong research skills with the ability to distill patterns and opportunities
  • Have the genuine ability to put yourself in the shoes of the customers/end user and operate from a place of empathy
  • Design Thinking experience a strong asset
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and excitement to work on complex problems at scale.
  • Ability to work autonomously balanced with a team approach; you don't need to wait for directions but know when buy-in is critical.
