Job Description

Onsite Requirement:

  • Required to come on-site 3-5 days a week

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex business problems
  • Techno-functional and provide techno-functional solutions
  • Strong and Seasoned collaboration skills to work with internal and external technical resources, business partners, product managers, architects, developers, quality testers, and application support teams, project/program managers + other stakeholders
  • Translates business needs into actionable requirements by capturing enough information to define a solution and drive clarity  
  • Both functional and solution analysis and light design for the Salesforce platform and related technical areas
  • Plans and manages small to large-sized projects, in coordination with technical and business teams, and can work on more than 1 project at a time
  • Partner with internal customers to craft requirements and ensure alignment with business/technology strategy and planned initiatives
  • Agile/PI Planning
  • Can do demos/presentations to all stakeholders and upper-level management
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Ability to break down scope, features, and capabilities into smaller chunks
  • Drive the planning, prioritization, design, development, and deployment of new projects & system improvements.
  • Responsible for understanding business requirements, creating/grooming user stories, to delivering a solution and a plan.
  • Participate in the go-to-market and launch processes (Concept-to-Delivery) – Requirement Gathering/Design & Build/Execution/Testing -SIT, UAT/Production Readiness/Go-Live
  • Leverage business knowledge and technical expertise to find opportunities for process improvements; serve as a trusted techno-functional advisor for business users

Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience working within the Salesforce platform in a Business Analyst role
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field
  • 4+ years of Business Analyst experience, or focus in project/program management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Understanding of systems analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts with close
  • attention to detail
