What you'll bring
- 8+ years of work experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm, or experience in a respected operating company's strategy function
- MBA, or equivalent work experience, required with 10+ years of total work experience, with experience in fintech preferred
- Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem solving, and a keen business sense
- Ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels
- Strong academic record required
- Have strong communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills
- Passion for excellence and the desire to have a significant impact on the business
- Highly self-motivated and willing to proactively take on leadership roles within project teams and the company at large
How you will lead
Our role includes components of strategy (e.g. analyzing and contributing to product strategies, creating international expansion plans, or evaluating acquisition opportunities), operations (e.g. running the cadence of organizations, building and tracking leading indicators for steering the business), and communications. Our team focuses on helping the team make good decisions and execute quickly.
