We are an intensely passionate group with a bias for action and a focus on innovative, streamlined processes and automation. In this role, you will spreadhead program transformation to a best-in-class Global Leave of Absence program through development of forward-thinking workflows and playbooks to support program integration with internal and external partners to fulfill our service delivery commitment to employees.

Intuit is a hybrid workplace, giving employees the opportunity to collaborate in person with team members out of our offices in either Atlanta, GA, Mountain View, CA and San Diego, CA offices two or more days per week.

What you'll bring

  • 7+ years of proven benefits and leaves knowledge and experience, ideally in a multi-state, 2000+ employee environment; tech industry is a plus.
  • HR systems knowledge and experience collaborating with technical teams, preferably Workday and leave vendors.
  • Proven ability to model critical thinking, program management, and collaboration and build these skills within the COE.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to set standards and budgets for programs and projects.
  • Persuasive communication skills and proven success in designing, proposing, gaining leadership support, and implementing effective leave and benefit programs and solutions.
  • Operational excellence and process rigor, including project management and end-to-end process and workflow management.
  • Comfort with HR, program management, and case management tools and technology, including Salesforce.
  • Strong organizational/time management skills and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

How you will lead

  • Works closely with employees, stakeholders and business partners to deliver a superior experience during the leave process.
  • Consults with and advises leadership and employees on company policies, Intuit leave provisions, and federal and state laws and regulations.
  • Oversee vendor and data relationships, RFP processes, and large annual and implementation projects using agile/Project Manager support as needed.
  • Maintain program design and execution that is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations; work closely with legal, compliance, and payroll teams to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain collaborative partnerships with all other COEs to ensure appropriate touch points with other HR programs.
  • Drive improvement by creating, documenting, and continuously improving repeatable frameworks to deliver outcomes at scale, including playbooks, process documents, trainings, and governance systems.
