Overview

Our Senior Sales Programs and Operations Manager has the overall responsibility of lifting, orchestrating and executing Intuit's Sales Programs, including the coveted and highly visible Platinum Sales Club event. You will report directly to the Head of Sales Engagement within the Shared Services Sales team.

Job Summary/Qualifications

You will need to be a strategic thinker who can execute complex programs that cross over multiple stakeholders internally and externally. You are equally passionate about the 'what' (developing sales strategies and owning the end-to-end event experience) and the 'how' (delivering world class events for Intuit's sales organization). You will manage agencies/vendors, and partner with internal teams to ensure we have a "day 1 mindset" focused on innovation, while taking the lead on end-to-end program and event management.

You will have extensive experience developing and executing sales programs that take on business transformation. You feel confident composing senior level communications, interacting with C-level executives, owning the budget and KPIs, and be highly comfortable working on a team that pivots quickly.

You are an experienced collaborator with cross-functional teams who can drive consensus and goodwill and bring our sales partners along on the journey. You will also possess a core skill set in project management with a keen eye to detail. In this role you will operationalize initiatives while improving our end-to-end processes to drive efficiency, while always thinking two steps ahead.

  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours on occasion.
  • BA / BS required.
  • 10+ years of experience as a driver of cross-functional event programs and operations, or related marketing experience.

How you will lead

  • Steward sales programs from concept to completion in support of critical sales business goals. Manage quality and speed across internal and external teams while also nurturing the creative process to deliver phenomenal outcomes.
  • Surface priorities, risks, and blockers, using a healthy dose of judgment to address or mitigate as needed.
  • Develop and manage program framework, goals, and deliverables along with policies and procedures. Partner with internal teams to ensure program success including but not limited to sales constituents, legal and communications.
  • Program communications and presentations that support outcomes.
  • Produce programs on time and on budget, even in the face of program changes.
  • Sources, negotiates with, and directs a variety of vendors in design, photography, and event disciplines.
  • Manage/create materials such as videos, executive level gifts, event materials, and collateral.
  • Manage vendors to activate the vision, ensuring quality control and compliance oversight.
  • Innovate current programs making them feel fresh and new. Drive and continually improve the program operating rhythm, recommending new ideas for upleveling and optimizing.
