What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of experience in interaction design, product design, service design, or related field
  • An amazing online portfolio featuring your innovative solutions
  • Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe CS, and other popular prototyping tools.
  • Solid understanding of designing intuitive functionality, interaction, site architecture, user interfaces, and navigation.
  • Organized, self-directed, efficient and able to manage multiple and complex projects in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrates strong conceptual and systems thinking; Has the ability to work with platform architecture at a foundational level to create user-friendly and visually appealing products.
  • Knowledge of modern technology possibilities and limitations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or other relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Exceptional craft skills, a platform mindset, and expertise in interaction design for both web and mobile interfaces.

How you will lead

  • Apply strategic thinking to design and deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences that optimize among user needs, business goals, and technological realities across web & mobile platforms
  • You've designed and shipped engaging user experiences based on a Lean UX build-measure-learn process
  • Conceptualize a broad spectrum of ideas and then narrow based on experimentation and customer research
  • You have the ability to rapidly explore ideas and complex interactions through prototypes and test your hypothesis with users using a variety of methodologies.
  • Turn visions into concepts and translate those concepts into designs that illustrate simplicity, despite complexity of the system
  • Create compelling UX visions, UI specifications, and high fidelity visual designs and prototypes
  • Effectively communicate design approach and demonstrate strong storytelling techniques to inspire the team
  • Advance a strong point of view, backed up by personal expertise, design rationale, customer data, and industry trends
  • Partner effectively with designers, researchers, engineering, product management, marketing, and other team members
  • Solicit feedback and contribute constructively to design reviews
  • Responsible for seeing design concepts from conception to completion with the support from the design team
