Come join Intuit as a Sr Program Manager, Business Operations - Expert Network. We are looking for strategic and organized problem solvers to join our team to drive results across our Expert Network organization and our partners, to accelerate Intuit's mission of powering prosperity around the world.

As we advance our mission, we are looking for an inspirational program leader to be part of the Intuit Customer Success Business Operations team that supports enabling a multi-billion-dollar services business for Intuit-by helping accelerate key Generative AI initiatives that will supercharge our financial services experts on our AI-driven Expert Platform. You will partner closely with Expert Network, Virtual Expert Platform and Modern Operations organizations. The Business Operations team member is a close partner to the senior leadership team and leads processes and projects that are critical to Intuit's success. Being high impact, data-led and analytics-driven is second nature to you as a frequently complex problem solver. You have demonstrated understanding of upcoming technologies (like Generative AI) and how they accelerate platforms.

What you'll bring

  • 8+ years of work experience in management consulting or equivalent strategy & operations roles, with a technology focus
  • Able to think strategically, develop simple solutions to complex problems, and have a bias for action
  • Experience designing and streamlining business processes that touch hundreds of cross-functional stakeholders
  • Extensive experience driving programs across multiple business units with differing business requirements
  • Excellent leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, and ability to influence at all levels
  • Exceptional ability to build strong relationships and leverage those relationships to influence across organizational boundaries
  • Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences visually communicating goals of program, relationship to business goals, and other relevant success criteria. Extensive experience in same
  • Solid understanding of financial management and technology
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation building skills
  • Experience managing a team of high performers
  • Ability to forge strong relationships with executives and teams

How you will lead

  • Lead end to end program management for Gen AI/AI led initiatives to deliver exceptional experiences for our experts
  • Manage and track program execution to ensure successful, high-quality, on-time delivery of Identity services across Intuit Business Unit partners
  • Drive multi-year program roadmaps including complex and multi-phase roadmaps across multiple contributing teams
  • Develop & deliver plans that encompass all phases of planning, implementation, production readiness and support
  • Communicate progress across organizational boundaries and levels from individual contributor to senior executive
  • Define and evolve the operating model for your portfolio, aligning stakeholders on common ways of working and ensuring teams can deliver outcomes quickly
  • Define and run key portfolio management processes, ensuring transparency into initiative performance, progress against declared goals, and risks/issues
  • Create narratives and deliverables that articulate the value of our platform innovations and provide business updates, with audiences ranging from engineers to board members
  • Identify, structure, and manage transformational projects that contribute to the advancement of the platform strategy or organizational effectiveness
  • Ability to express updates through written narratives with executive leaders across Customer Success
  • Manage and develop a high performing team of direct reports
