Development Productivity Organization has a charter to increase the development productivity and deliver world-class developer experience with services and tools across the company at scale. The team is working on building the next-generation Development Experience Platform with associated services and tools with on premise and cloud capabilities with a goal to maximize the velocity with which Intuit developers can create awesome products and drive innovation for Intuit's flagship products like TurboTax and QuickBooks.

We are looking for creative, brilliant, passionate, enthusiastic and experienced UX senior software developer to join the team to design and deliver platform with a sharp customer focus. We are seeking a creative problem solver with a can-do-attitude who will not accept the status quo and will look for improvement opportunities at every point. Service oriented thinking along with excellent diagnostic and communication skills and a passion to resolve customer problems is a must have for this role.
What you'll bring
- Strong educational background with BS / MS in Computer Science or related area or equivalent work experience
- 5 years' experience building world class, public facing web applications, with in-depth knowledge of JavaScript
- Strong understanding and working experience with Modern JavaScript features such as ES6, ES7 & ES8
- Experience building modular JavaScript applications with React, Redux, Webpack, Jest, Babel and Bootstrap
- Understanding of Test-Driven Development and experience creating Java and JavaScript-based test coverage
- Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming methodologies
How you will lead
- Designing and developing web apps, prototypes, or proofs of concepts
- Ensuring code coverage is applied using latest UI testing frameworks and patterns
- Designing and developing RESTful services
- Resolve defects/bugs through functional/integration testing, pre-production, production, and post-release patches
- Handle release and support engineering duties include on-call for products owned by developer portal team
- Work cross-functionally with various Intuit teams including: product management, UX designers, development teams, various product lines, and/or business units to drive forward results
