Group Manager, Strategic Customer Insights (Mailchimp)

Atlanta, GA

Overview

This role sits within the Customer & Market Insights team (a part of the larger Strategy & Business Operations function at Mailchimp).

You'll lead a team of insights professionals tasked with making meaning from large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data to provide insights and recommendations that inform strategy development. This team's work consists primarily of deep, focused projects that explore and identify critical customer insights and opportunities for Mailchimp. While some of your time will be spent on specific project work, much of your focus will be on synthesizing insights across disciplines, acting as a thought leader to your colleagues and senior leadership, and infusing customer insights into strategic decision making. We are looking for a curious problem-solver with a passion for understanding small businesses and their needs.
