Overview
Come join the Cybersecurity, Compliance, Risk and Fraud Team (CyberCRAFT) to reduce our human risk factor through security and fraud prevention training and awareness. We are looking for a Security Awareness leader who will be responsible for delivering our security awareness program. The overall goal of security awareness is to reduce human risk by ensuring that all workers know how to keep Intuit secure. In collaboration with other members of the CyberCRAFT team and other key Intuit stakeholders, this position will develop and manage a portfolio of activities, including: planning and delivery of our awareness and education events, strategic security awareness promotion, and building relationships across Intuit to influence change. The Security Awareness Manager will also be responsible for evaluating effectiveness of techniques and resources as appropriate.

What you'll bring
- 5-10 years security experience, SSAP certified a plus
- 4-6 years management experience
- 2-3 years of communications experience
Must be willing to sit in Atlanta or New York and report into the office twice a week

Security
- Increases leadership and employee's understanding of and accountability for the security and protection of Intuit's people, information, and systems.

- Develops the strategy, goals, and objectives for security awareness at Intuit and will lead the management and delivery of that plan in partnership with cross-functional groups.

- Help identify key KPI gaps and monitor progress and commitments
- Lead a team of 3-4 direct reports

- Proven storyteller across media and channels. Possesses an understanding of best practices as well as emerging trends in employee communications.
- Built communications and engagement programs that deliver business outcomes and inspire employees. Emphasis on event planning.
- Great people skills: diplomacy, integrity and presence that enables you to build strong relationships and work effectively up, down and across organizations.
