Salesforce Solution Architect

Join our team to work in our Salesforce practice where you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and robust Salesforce solutions for clients. You will collaborate with stakeholders including business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions and oversee their successful implementation with the backing of an exceptional team with a 30+ year delivery track record, deep technical expertise and disciplined delivery and technical engineering practices. 
 
At Intelliware, we have virtual collaborative project rooms where you will assess client requirements, design and configure Salesforce solutions, provide technical expertise, and lead the implementation process. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of best practices, provide training and support to end-users, and ensure the timely completion of projects while ensuring our track record of referenceable clients. You will work closely with a cross functional team including clients. While working within a team in an Agile environment, you will be:

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives
  • Analyze complex business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions
  • Develop solution architecture blueprints, including data models, system integrations, and technical design documentation
  • Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for Salesforce implementations, guiding development teams and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and administrators to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Provide technical oversight throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring the quality, scalability, and performance of Salesforce solutions
  • Present solution designs, architectural recommendations, and implementation strategies to clients and project stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, estimate effort, and manage the overall delivery of Salesforce implementations
  • Participate in code reviews, quality assurance activities, and deployment processes to ensure successful implementation and release

’Must Have’ Skills/Experience:

  • Extensive experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, including hands-on experience with complex Salesforce implementations
  • Proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools, Apex, Visualforce, Flow, Lightning Web Components, and integration technologies (REST, SOAP, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, security models, and integration patterns
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, features, and limitations across various Salesforce Clouds
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and architect appropriate solutions
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

’Nice to Have’ Skills/Experience:

  • Exposure to and enthusiasm for Agile approaches to software development
  • Best practices in product development and technical product marketing
  • Leadership capabilities to guide and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative work environment
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect
