Responsibilities

  • Develop impactful strategies and deliver compelling solutions that add value, improve performance, reduce costs, drive growth, and mitigate risk
  • Own product development process including product vision, requirements and business processes, project planning, product backlog, prioritization and delivery 
  • Provide strategic vision, guidance and recommendations based on business and technical drivers
  • Manage relationships with team and clients ensuring a high degree of engagement resulting in a shared understanding of strategy, implementation and delivery realities
  • Build trust-based relationships with client stakeholders and ensure a high degree of alignment and understanding of problems and their solutions
  • Balance and satisfy the needs of business, end user and technical stakeholders ensuring alternatives have been investigated and there is an understanding of implementation tradeoffs
  • Ensure client relationship and project success through strong product focus
  • Prepare, facilitate, and participate in client meetings and workshops to understand their business landscape and challenges
  • Perform complex and detailed research and analysis, and synthesize and present recommendations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business, engineering, finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience delivering business or IT projects
  • Ability to think innovatively, strategically, and creatively
  • Excellent analytical, modeling, and research skills
  • Understanding of business/systems analysis methodologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability think, write, and present in complex ideas in a logical and structured manner
  • Impactful leadership and management skills with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with product management software (e.g. Jira, Confluence) is a plus
