Job Description

Intel Supply Chain IT's Order Management team is seeking a Product Manager to join our group of IT professionals driving the transformation of Intel's Order Management capabilities. In this senior role, you will be directly responsible for business unit relationships with senior leadership in respective stakeholder groups, you influence the strategic direction of capability roadmaps directly aligned to the business vision and define transformational value for the corporation. You are accountable for managing the sustaining health of the order management processes, data, and tools. Order management is deeply integrated and a critical function for Intel's supply chain, supporting a growing Foundry and Software business.

In this role responsibilities include, although not limited to:

  • Collaborate directly with the Business Unit (BU) to translate business strategy and objectives into actionable roadmaps and value delivery accountable to the BU for the overall delivery and sustainability of a portfolio of IT products and capabilities.
  • Lead business process re-engineering, strategy, and execution across large complex programs while supporting target architecture roadmaps.
  • Work closely with business partners to analyze and formulate the scope/objectives of the system, design and deliver capabilities to run efficient industry-standard business processes.
  • Support a multi-year tool and technology roadmap, anticipating needs capability requirements.
  • Identify metrics to ensure we are delivering innovative, high value, efficient IT services and solutions with best-in-class delivery.
  • Manage the transition of design to execution, including the governance and user adoption required to achieve the desired business outcomes and value.
  • Ensure high quality delivery methodology, leveraging SAFE, Agile and Scrum principals.
  • Ensure the security of our IT assets as well as proprietary, sensitive information from external as well as internal attacks.
  • Managing hiring and development of world-class talent, fostering a strong One Intel team environment.

In addition to the qualifications listed below, the ideal candidate will also have:

  • Proven and demonstrated stakeholder management and leadership engagement experience.
  • Excellent communication skills to work across a globally diverse set of teams and customers.
  • A self-starter with strong analytical and critical thinking skills to learn and apply.
  • Strategic and business value-driven mindset to plan, prioritize and influence customers and partners .
  • Proven success in establishing and delivering large-scale transformational programs with complex TCM, adopting industry best practice processes and standard off the shelf software.
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and objectives simplification to enable and empower teams working on several projects simultaneously.
  • Proven and demonstrated organizational leadership in acquiring and growing talent.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in electrical/computer engineering, computer science, or software development and 9+ years of experience -OR- a master's degree in electrical/computer engineering, computer science, or software development and 6+ years of experience -OR- a PhD degree in electrical/computer engineering, computer science, or software development and 4+ years of experience in:

  • 6+ years of experience in Order to Cash business processes and systems (SAP ECC/S4, SAP EMS, Salesforce, Aria, Thales).
  • 6+ years if experience designing and deploying ERP solutions for Supply Chain Execution in semiconductor manufacturing.
  • 6+ years of experience managing large enterprise applications and application teams for critical system performance across a broad set of business operations and critical business needs.

This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing Order Management in SAP S/4 .
  • Experience in the Foundry Industry.
  • Exposure to S/4 HANA, S/4 MDG, BlueYonder ESP.
  • Experience managing software development teams including CI/CD, containers, API management, UI/UX/React, testing automation, version control and other advanced developer tools.
  • High levels of successful executive collaboration with both business and technical partners across enterprise functions.

Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $141,673.00-$241,005.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
