Job Description

This position is for a Supply Chain Analyst in the Global Source to Pay Operations (GSPO) group within the Manufacturing Supply Chain Operations (MSO) organization. The ideal candidate will be dynamic and driven with expertise in procure to pay processes, ERP systems and proven experience in delivering procure to pay solutions within the supply chain domain.

The Supply Chain Analyst is tasked with the design and implementation of enterprise-wide processes utilizing SAP Ariba, E2Open and other supply chain capabilities. If you are looking for a role that gives you the opportunity to influence and drive change, then this is the role for you.

  • Deliver value add solutions to GSPO operations in partnership with business subject matter experts to solve complex problems using data and analytics to drive decision making and industry leading practices.
  • Designs and executes end-to-end business process testing, validation and sign off for complex implementations and provides technical advice on industry standards, design, functionality, user interface specifications and configuration parameters related to supporting technologies and services.
  • Working directly with GSPO subject matter experts, Intel IT and partner organizations to deliver project milestones including requirements gathering, business process mapping, testing, documentation and training within complex technology and business solution programs.
  • Collaborating across multiple organizations, business partners and stakeholders; ability to operate in an ambiguous environment, ability to think beyond the current boundaries, challenge the status quo structure/functions to make recommendations and drive change and process improvements.
  • Understand business needs and lead design discussions to address those needs, fully leveraging SAP product capabilities as well as other Intel supply chain applications.
  • Develop change management strategies, capture change impacts and lead organization changes as a result of new capabilities.
  • Develop materials and communicate design decisions across the organization and work with stakeholders to ensure awareness and alignment.
  • Quickly build and maintain trusted relationships with IT and other business partners to understand challenges and required business and system transformation.

  • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work with cross-functional global team.
  • Project management skills coupled with a Supply Chain business background with a track record of leading and delivering complex projects through multi-disciplinary, matrixed cross- geo teams and partnerships.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects/programs at one time.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Computer Science/Information Systems, or a related field of study

4+ years of experience in the below:

  • Business transformation including (process improvement, change management)
  • Experience in designing business process, business solutions across Procure to Pay.
  • Procure to Pay functional expertise - designing solutions and leveraging system capabilities related to procurement, invoicing, and payment.
  • Relevant supply chain experience as a business/system analyst, or project management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Computer Science/Information Systems, or a related field of study
  • Hands-on experience in SAP as a business user, or in implementations, specifically SAP Ariba
  • Experience with designing business solutions using SAP Ariba, E2Open, ReadSoft or similar supply chain software platforms.
  • Exposure to S/4 HANA

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $96,752.00-$145,196.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
