Job Description
In this position, you will be responsible for driving a team of software developers or software quality process engineers engaged into the automated quality assurance and release pipeline of the graphics driver software. You will have the opportunity to co-define large-scale automation systems working 24/7 mode in an unattended way, delivering continuously on results as the input to continuous integration process and continuous delivery.
You will deal with large datasets and will be expected to propose solutions to scale up and shorten time to the market on the software validation side. You will work with world class experts within CI/CD pipelines to define the standards. As an addition, you will co-participate in delivering to the market of all Intel Graphics solutions including integrated and discrete graphics products available in almost every PC/laptop/server.

Key responsibilities:
In this role you will:
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software systems, applications, and related products.
- Manage and execute software development projects from beginning to finish.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with company objectives.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the software engineering team.
- Evaluate and implement appropriate software development methodologies and processes.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members for continuous improvement.
- Ensure software products meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and incorporate them into operations and activities as appropriate.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Driving a team of SW developers delivering a system for Continuous Integration of driver software.
- Defining large-scale automation system used for unattended software validation.
- Agile software development techniques.
- Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery process with proven track of records run on a massive scale.
- Overall industry experience of 8 years with Bachelor/Masters degree in Engineering or Computer Science, including a proven track record within a management position.
- Hands-on experience within massive scale service systems and validating integration software solutions.
- Good interpersonal skills to deal with different stakeholders from component software, and various levels of program management areas.
- Ability to work in a team spread across geographical areas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in modern APIs.
- Familiar with defining automated test strategies involving various HW components.
- Working knowledge in scripting languages like Python.
- Working knowledge in large databases deployment and maintenance.
- Training and mentorship skills to enable team members on technical aspects.
- Hands-on experience as system-level validation architect.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
