WW Program Center of Excellence (COE) within Sales, General and Administrative (SGnA) Finance is responsible for world-wide(WW) Channel and Partner Rebate Program and Close operation, as well as playing a crucial role to transform our processes into the next generation of automated systems. This role offers tremendous opportunity to directly engage and collaborate with global SMG operation, broader Finance and other stakeholders to optimize our biz strategy and maximize investment. This position has high visibility and interaction with controllers and senior leaders.
The successful candidate should have a passion for driving transformative initiatives and owner's mindset that makes a real difference in business governance and execution.

Job responsibilities included but not limited to
-This position will have 7 rebate analysts as direct report, it is required to develop the capabilities of direct report and team, ensuring a productive work environment
-Provides guidance to the team for the effective resolution of complex rebate and accounting issues, manage risks by applying adequate controls and mitigation plans.
-The individual is responsible for operational excellence, compliance with sales, pricing and accounting policies and guideline.
-The role needs to establish strong business partnership and internal biz process to assure both payment and accrual accuracy, timeliness by meeting contractual obligation, quality KPIs and service level agreements.
-Define path to and lead transformation of our biz processes through automation, innovation and efficiency.
-Effectively communicate across a diverse, geo-functional audiences, must have an aptitude for creative problem solving within a fast-paced environment and understanding of E2E process to drive compliance and seamless execution

Qualifications

The candidate must exhibit the following behavioral traits:

-Role modeling biz partnership and stakeholder management: Knows the players, develops influence strategy, is an advocate of informed risk-taking.

Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Accounting and 6 years of progressive Finance experience.
Excellent English proficiency (both verbal and written)
Prior experience in rebate, incentives and benefits or related field

Preferred Qualification:
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and is an advantage
Experience with Power BI and Python and prior supervisory experience.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
