Learning Technology Product Manager

Job Description

In this role responsibilities include, although not limited to:

  • Translates long-term business objectives into actionable technology product strategy and an implementation roadmap.
  • Act as primary relationship owner for learning technology stakeholders across the enterprise but primarily in Human Resources, and Manufacturing to ensure technology strategies and solutions meet the evolving needs of the organization and its employees.
  • Drives all portfolio decisions including product goals, roadmap, forecasts, and backlog prioritization with customer satisfaction as a key business lever.
  • Represents the technical group as a strategic partner of an Intel business unit for full stack business process solutions and owns the delivery of portfolio of technical products and capabilities.
  • Lead the selection, implementation, and ongoing optimization of learning technology solutions, including internal and external learning use cases and requirements.
  • Manage relationships with learning technology vendors and service providers, ensuring they meet performance expectations, deliver value, and comply with security and privacy standards.
  • Identifies user needs through business process analysis and industry best practices, defines requirements, and guides cross functional team to deliver programs successfully.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to learning records and compliance data and systems.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in enterprise learning management systems.

In addition to the qualifications listed below, the ideal candidate will also have:

  • Experienced at management communication and presentation skills, skilled at influencing relationships with internal business customers at senior management level.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise learning processes and regulations, data privacy standards, and IT security protocols.
  • Excellent project management, change management, and vendor management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on using data to drive business decisions.
  • Ability to lead and develop a matrixed team in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in information systems, computer engineering, computer science, or related field and 9+ years of experience -OR- a master's degree in information systems, computer engineering, computer science, or related field and 6+ years of experience -OR- a PhD degree in information systems, computer engineering, computer science, or related field and 4+ years of experience in:

  • 6+ years of experience in learning/LMS technology or Information Technology.
  • 6+ years of experience related to IT implementations and management.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in a leadership role.

This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience and deep understanding of enterprise IT from business, technology, and operational perspectives, knowledgeable of ITIL, DevOps, Waterfall and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing learning technology solutions that improve employee experiences and operational efficiency.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $141,673.00-$241,005.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
