The Employee Communications and Employer Brand (ECEB) team is seeking an experienced Employee Engagement Communications Strategist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in communications, with an emphasis on employee engagement. In this role you will be responsible for adeptly supporting enterprise strategic initiatives to ensure a cohesive and impactful communication strategy enabling our global employees and managers understand how they contribute to Intel's success.

Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Crafting and driving the strategic plan that provides a clear vision of the organization's goals and objectives for the benefit of employees.
- Developing a cohesive narrative connecting company goals to team objectives.
- Managing and coordinating updates, ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of key information to a broad audience.
- Building creative and innovative ways to share progress on key priorities.
- Developing and executing on communications plans for key strategic initiatives working closely with the editorial team to maintain a continuous drumbeat on content ensuring that our audience is focused on what is most relevant to them.
- Recognizing the diverse nature of our workforce and tailor communications to different audience segments.
- Playing an active role in the development of Employee Communications and Employer Brand (ECEB) as a center of excellence for communications.

Qualifications
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of communications experience preferably with a significant number of those focused on employee communications, or similar environment.
- Bachelors degree in; Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Global Communications experience
- MBA

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $141,673.00-$241,005.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
