Job Description
We are looking for a DFT expert to lead DFT architecture definitions for custom ASIC designs at Foundry Services. You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Comprehend requests from customers and partners, align on DFT requirements per ASIC design.
Define/update DFT requirements for each HIP, align with IP vendors and key stakeholders to ensure proper closure of each requirement.
Regularly survey DFT BKM's within Intel and across industry, develop plans to update the team's DFT TFM accordingly.
Drive DFT architecture definition, align with key stakeholders, document and release architecture spec.
Perform essential analysis and proof-of-concept experiments to support recommended changes to DFT TFM/architecture.

Lead TFM development or improvement for one or more DFT areas (e.g., Scan, LBIST, Scan Network, TAP Network, DFT timing constraints etc.).
Coordinate resolution of critical execution issues relating to DFT.
Experience and Skills:
Working experience with 3DIC DFT/test.
Led DFT architecture definition for complex SoC designs that contains CPU cores, large amounts of memories, and industry common high speed IO IP's (e.g., PCIe, DDR).
Skilled in DFT design, Integration, and verification.
Developed flows/scripts for insertion and/or verification of one or more DFT areas.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor/Master degree in engineering with 10+ years, or a PhD degree with 6+ years, of hands-on experience with DFT architecture definition, DFT insertion and verification.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $186,760.00-$299,166.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
