Job Description
We are looking forward to candidates with:
Proven experience on of DFT architectures and methodologies which include SCAN, ATPG, Mbist, BSCAN, IO DFx, Analog DFT, JTAG/Boundary scan, test mode
timing constraints etc and strong knowledge of RTL design, integration, validation infrastructure and micro-architecture skills is must.
Basic understanding of DFT impact on timing and physical design is mandatory.
The candidate is expected to be familiar with DFT concepts for 2D, 3D SoC design.
In addition, this position requires interaction and fulfilling the requirements of Intel's post-silicon/ATE teams.
The candidate must possess proven post-silicon debug skills on multiple designs.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Experience : Should have 12+ years of experience in relevant field
Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Master Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering
Strong Communications skills and the ability to effectively work with cross functional teams.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
