Job Description
Looking for a motivated individual who wants to be driving the cutting edge of power and performance in the data center. You will be leading a team of talented engineers working across a variety of data centric workloads in areas such as AI (ML/DL), Media, Security, Cryptography, Memory compression, etc. You will be responsible for optimizing workloads in these areas to drive better performance/watt. We are looking for someone who is customer obsessed and enjoys working across organizations to influence the future of the data center and build better products focusing on our Intel® Xeon® Scalable Servers.
Job responsibilities will include but may not be limited to:
- Manage a team of cloud software professionals who are responsible for delivering results across a broad range of cloud software, including software development, design, debug, validation, and optimization, cloud orchestration, and/or cloud customer enablement.
- Provide architectural and technical guidance to ensure sound engineering practices are followed.
- Provide direction and goals to the group and interacts with stakeholders both internal and external.
- Set priorities for the team, achieves results across boundaries, ensures an inclusive work environment, develops employees, and manages performance.

Qualifications
Candidate must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Minimum Education
Candidate must have a Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Electrical engineering, or related field.
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Fundamentals in x86 architecture and Operating Systems Internals.
- Systems Validation.
- Python programming.
