Job Description
IT Systems Analysis work focuses on designing information systems that are appropriate for users' needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture including: Collecting and analyzing information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system; Preparing flow charts, models, and procedures and conducting feasibility studies to design possible system solutions; Estimating the costs of system solutions and preparing project plans to provide input into decisions about prioritizing projects and allocating IT resources; Preparing and maintaining technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system; Leverages agile methodology to design and configure solutions; Works closely with business to develop required training, change management and operations process; Develop use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, and plan and coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications and provide support; Looks for opportunities to automate business process with technology, and may provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.

Qualifications
BS/MS in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or similar technical degree.
7+ years hands with Blue Yonder SCPO platform/process and its configurations on-prem/cloud.
Over seven years of practical experience in deploying the Blue Yonder SCPO planning suite, with hands-on proficiency in Order Promiser (FNE/Allocation Planning and Order Promising), Supply Planning (ESP/SCP), Demand Planning using (Demand 360/Demand), and Inventory Optimization.
Possess technical expertise on SAP ECC/S4 Hana, OP-OMS Adapter, Oracle PL/SQL, data modelling, scripting, automation and reporting.
Experience in SCPO DMS architecture.
Experience in creating FE Pages, UDCs/UDTs, worksheets/workbenches, OP reports in SCPO platform.
3+ years of experience in Production Support for any ERP/SCM solutions.
Strong communication and analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively with technical and functional teams.
Expertise on performance tuning techniques and ability to assist other team members.
Strong programming experience and problem-solving skills.
Experience in semiconductor/manufacturing industry preferable.
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and infrastructure automation.
Exposure with Snowflake Database is plus.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
