We are looking for a Software Engineer with hands-on development experience across various stages of the software development life cycle. You will be part of a high-performing team building ad verification, analytics, and anti-ad fraud solutions that deliver on the mission of helping advertisers understand the quality of the ad opportunities they're purchasing. Our team provides the tools that advertisers need to maximize their ROI by displaying the recommended targets for their investments.

The ideal candidate has a track record of building scalable systems and end-to-end software solutions, enjoys working in a collaborative and agile environment, and brings innovative solutions to complex problems with a desire to improve the status quo.
What you'll get to do:
- Contribute to the entire software lifecycle, including hands-on development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation for our core products
- Design, code, and maintain components for aggregating tens of billions of daily transactions
- Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
- Contribute to re-platforming initiatives using AWS native technologies
- Work with Product Management to ensure that all requirements are met
- Maintain, and recommend software improvements to ensure responsiveness, efficiency, strong functionality, and optimization
You should apply if you have most of this:
- 3+ years of recent hands-on Java development or other Object Orient Programming Language
- Expertise on any Framework like SPRING and/or hibernate
- Understanding of database fundamentals and MySQL knowledge
- Experience wit CICD tools such as Jenkins, Graphite, Grafana and Docker
- Experience working with Linux based environments
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, and/or JasperSoft
- Ability to communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, verbally and in writing
- Experience in Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
- Great understanding of designing for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Experience in AWS or other cloud technologies
What puts you over the top:
- Experience with web debugging using Chrome Dev Tools or similar browser debugging tools
- Experience in cloud systems preferably AWS. Distributed services - docker containers, kubernetes, kafka
- Knowledge of Python/Scala
- Familiarity with TDD, BDD, and associated testing frameworks
