Applicant will be responsible for collecting and confirming consultant customer approved timesheets against what has been reported. Applicant will ensure all proper documentation has been provided for revenue to be recognized. As the first step in the Revenue Department, the applicant will be responsible for understanding the importance of working within hard deadlines for the Invoicing team to bill out invoices and the Accounts Receivable team to receive payments. Working with high accuracy and sense of urgency to maintain their workload is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with assigned Sales offices to ensure timesheets are sent down within the proper timeframe
  • Meet and/or exceed weekly percentage goals based on number of missing timesheets within office distribution
  • Administer weekly and bi-weekly conference calls with all assigned Sales offices regarding missing timesheets
  • Be comfortable communication with Sales Managers, Regional Managers and other members of the Sales team
  • Work closely with the Payroll Department and Revenue to ensure contractors are paid correctly
  • Understanding how to handle basic hours and pay discrepancies
  • Understanding which timesheets are acceptable per customer based on how we bill time
  • Ability to escalate basic issues to the Sales and Corporate Leadership
  • Meets timesheet deadlines every Tuesday
  • Access SharePoint and have knowledge on how to upload reports
  • Process Change Forms à week plan, approver, and timesheet source adjustments
  • Ability to fully complete Aging Reports for specific accounts/offices and provide detailed updates
  • Ability to maintain Missing Client Approval categories and notes weekly
  • Handles their work within the deadline constraints
  • Takes initiative to shadow Revenue Department and other departments to gain more knowledge to apply to their current role
  • Outlook inbox is organized, and emails are responded to promptly
  • Optics are maintained - positivity, timeliness, ability to work within a team and individually
  • Begin to analyze office backlogs and pinpoint key driving factors to the increase or decrease
  • Ability to send out Missing Client Approval Lists daily
  • Able to analyze Commission Reports and be able to investigate historical trends

  • Basic working Excel knowledge - VLOOKUP and CONCAT formulas, Pivot Tables
  • Data Entry Management, General Math Skills

  • High accuracy and sense of urgency
