Revenue Specialist, VMS
Overview
The VMS team is responsible for supporting customers who have VMS programs in place. VMS stands for "Vendor Management
System" and is related to an internet-based system used to manage all levels of staffing from recruiting to payment. The VMS
Revenue Cycle Specialist will utilize the VMS programs to handle verification, billing and collections duties.
Responsibilities
• Applicant will be responsible for collecting and confirming consultant customer approved timesheets against what has been reported. Applicant will ensure all proper documentation has been provided for revenue to be recognized.
• Build relationships with Sales team members to ensure timesheets are sent down within the proper timeframe when necessary.
• Work closely with the Payroll Department to ensure contractors are paid correctly
• Understanding how to handle basic hours and pay discrepancies
• Process contractor onboarding documentation accurately and ensure workers are registered within the VMS tool.
• Complete monthly audits to ensure hours and bill rates are accounted for accurately
• Understanding what invoicing documentation is acceptable per customer
• Recognizing timesheet dispute deadlines for payment and escalating
• Generate invoices on weekly/monthly basis for payment reconciliation
• Researching and resolving issues which include, but are not limited to, non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
• Updating internal information when inaccuracies are found
• Ensure timely application of payments made by VMS customers within your portfolio
• Maintain account in accordance with monthly business review focuses
• Ability to answer general commission questions

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
❖ Customer service experience
❖ Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office products
❖ Strong organization skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task
❖ Strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve
❖ Data entry management
❖ Requires a Bachelor's Degree preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration
