Overview
Our team is looking for an experienced Python/SQL Developer.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include: Supporting the organization, working cross-functionally across the data architecture & resiliency team and the data quality & control team in supporting their Tech ADS platform. Providing strong software python development skills in addition to SQL development capabilities. Working in a large-scale Hadoop/Oracle environment, working on data quality controls development, and automating the DQ controls execution for their resiliency software platform. Automating data lineage mappings in a highly complex software platform. Performing significant data analysis in support of the software development requirements. Creating new and improved software programs. Recommending software upgrades to existing programs and systems. Supporting activities surrounding the platform's integration into the company's IT architecture enterprise wide. Identify the needs and functionality of the user. Performing upgrades and maintenance of system software.
Qualifications
M.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems or closely related. 6 mo. exp in any related Software Development position. 6 mo. in: Python; Machine Learning Algorithms; ML Ops; backend software development; software architecture; AWS - EC2; VPC; IG; S3; RDS; Dynamo DB; Athena; Lambda; SNS; SES; ELB; CloudWatch; Sagemaker; Route53; Cloud Formation; KMS; Code Deploy. Telecommuting permitted. 40 hrs/wk. 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
