If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Product Manager - AI Agent Foundry - Automation Team role.

As a Product Manager - AI Agent Foundry - Automation Team you will define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the Agent Foundry Data Platform. You will also stay updated on technology, tooling, and ecosystem trends, especially those related to the design and delivery of AI Agents.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the Agent Foundry Data Platform.
  • Own and manage the product backlog; write detailed, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize features based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including executives, engineers, and end-users, to capture evolving requirements.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies-sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Monitor product KPIs, adoption rates, and performance metrics to guide future development.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security, scalability, and governance standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Software/Systems Engineering, Information Systems, or Business with a technology focus; or equivalent practical experience (e.g., 6+ years product roles in SaaS/AI). MBA or Master's in CS/IS/Data or Technology Management preferred.
  • 5+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Technical Program Manager in a technology-focused organization.
  • Proven success delivering SaaS platforms, AI/ML tools, or data-driven enterprise applications.
  • Background in AI/ML, synthetic data generation, or data platforms is a plus.
  • Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar).
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure AI and DevOps toolchains is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures, preferably Azure.
  • Product management certification (CSPO, Pragmatic, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication (internal and client-facing), problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team.
