Payroll Administrator
Overview
The Payroll Administrator plays a role in accurately and efficiently processing our internal and consultant payroll related requests. Responsibilities encompass tasks such as customer service, data entry, cross team collaboration, and reporting. Our daily mission as a team- Prepare, Provide, and Problem Solve - is to support our corporate and sales offices through exceptional service and communication. We strive to process payroll efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with labor and tax laws. Our goal is to keep our employees satisfied and well informed.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Oversees and supports a select group of sales offices
Responsible for processing payroll requests for internal and contract employees on a weekly basis
Responsible for managing data entry workload along with additional payroll related reports and processes
Answers and clarifies employee questions on payroll related inquiries

Troubleshoots payment related issues
Ensures that payment is properly processed by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
Maintains general knowledge on payroll-related policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulations
Collaborates with the Finance, Compliance, HR, Verification, and Sales team to ensure payroll is processed accurately
Assists with processing or creating payroll related files prior to strict deadlines
Assists with hosting cross department shadowing sessions to educate our employees on payment processes
Assists with mentoring and training new Payroll Administrators
Assists with running select payrolls for self-employed pay groups
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Customer service experience
Ability to take initiative when troubleshooting issues and enjoys collaborating
Detail oriented, and seeks to understand both the cause and effect of a situation
Strong organization skills with a keen ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet strict deadlines
Ability to work across various Microsoft platforms such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
Strong work ethic, team player, and high degree of professionalism
Strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve
You are a self-motivated individual and strive to meet expectations
Qualifications
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
You have a passion for customer service and helping others
You enjoy problem solving and teaching the why behind situations
You are open minded, levelheaded, and adapt well to change
You work well under pressure and understand the importance of meeting deadlines
You can work with confidential data relating to employee payment information
