Responsibilities

  1. HubSpot Operations
  • Leverage HubSpot's full capabilities through feature enhancements and integrations.
  • Create custom modules, templates, forms, workflows, lead scoring, and audience segmentation to drive lead nurture and acquisition efforts.
  • Oversee data integrity through data import management, data validation rules, data cleansing, and deduplication.
  • Build customized views, dashboards, and reports for users.
  • Manage and optimize the website chat experience, proactively driving improvements to increase conversion.
  • Develop, execute, and test sales and marketing campaign automation.
  • Share knowledge and best practices, carrying out training for existing and new users.
  • Monitor the deal pipeline to identify opportunities and ensure smooth transitions through the sales funnel.
  1. Marketing Automation & Reporting
  • Design and execute email and other digital marketing campaigns in partnership with other marketing leads.
  • Enhance our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes across different channels.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Campaign Manager, Inside Sales, and Field Teams to generate leads.
  • Work closely with the Email Marketing team to ensure cohesive and effective email strategies.
  • Support marketing events and manage logistical aspects, along with other operational duties.
  • Create and share reports detailing marketing campaign performance, lead acquisition, and lifecycle engagement.
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness.

Role Objectives:

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to review, recommend, and implement best practice processes and procedures within HubSpot.
  • Act as the point of contact for sales and marketing colleagues, providing guidance and coaching on HubSpot.
  • Measure and optimize HubSpot campaigns, proactively monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on segmentation, measure results, and optimize workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers.
  • Analyze CRM data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Significant experience as a HubSpot Specialist, Administrator, or Consultant, particularly with the Marketing, Sales, and Service platform and its various features.
  • An understanding of all aspects of HubSpot configuration and technical/functional capabilities.
  • Experience in analyzing and presenting data to a varied range of stakeholders in a meaningful way.
  • The confidence to delve into business requirements and make recommendations to senior stakeholders and Directors.
  • Expert analytical, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing demands.
  • Curiosity to develop a strong knowledge and understanding of our customers, business, and services.
  • Tenacity to ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met.
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills with the ability to tailor interactions to suit different stakeholder groups.
  • A creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" view.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HubSpot Academy Certifications, particularly HubSpot Sales, HubSpot Marketing Software, and Operations Hub.
  • Experience with Google Analytics - GA4.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven HubSpot proficiency.
  • HubSpot CRM, Sales, and Marketing Certifications (Highly preferred).
  • Experience in digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and a creative mindset.
  • Team player with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
