Overview

Reporting directly to the Executive VP, Chief Clinical Officer; the Associate Vice President (AVP), Clinical Operations
Delivery is responsible for strategic guidance and support for the execution of clinical/allied staffing services for a
broad scope of clients across the healthcare industry including but not limited to acute care, post-acute care,
healthcare integrated systems and healthcare insurance clinical teams whether onshore, near-shore and/or offshore.
The AVP, Clinical Operations Delivery provides client-facing engagement and support to the IGH International
Executive Director and IGH President and their sales & delivery leadership to assess feasibility of clinical staffing
opportunities, provide expertise in cost analysis, as well as guidance to design and implement creative and

The AVP, Clinical Operations Delivery will apply expertise and professional communication and collaboration skills
within Insight Global (a heavily matrixed organization) to vet and recommend client outsourcing strategies from the
staffing agency perspective; including performance-based contracting and negotiation support, and guidance around
clinical financial implications to ensure clinical-specific factors are considered as the sales leadership customizes
client staffing solutions to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex clinical staffing strategy and clinical performance management guidance across a broad
healthcare spectrum including acute care, post-acute care and healthcare insurance clients seeking customized
clinical staffing solutions. Design, refine and implement clinical performance oversight and reporting
boundaries.
• Provide knowledge of (or be able to learn and maintain) broad range of clinical and allied healthcare roles and
responsibilities across healthcare delivery environments as well as healthcare insurance or integrated
environments including but not limited to roles regarding admission through discharge planning as well as
utilization, coding and care coordination and pharmacy management.
• Possess deep knowledge of healthcare operational regulations around licensure, scope of practice and other
relevant aspects for delivery of clinical and allied projects.
• Provide internal healthcare cost analysis or budget modeling and management structure guidance as it relates
to feasibility or financial forecasting for customized client clinical staffing solution opportunities.
• Present client-facing clinical experience in partnership with senior IGH advanced services and other sales teams
to respond to client clinical-related experience inquiries or demonstrate IGH credibility in supporting complex
clinical staffing solutions with excellence.
• Responsible to evaluate and provide recommendations related to client staffing models across broad range of
clinical/allied placements.
• Provide guidance on internal and external factors that will inform our clinical staffing solution strategies. Assist
in the negotiation of the Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), and rates proposals
• Provide experienced and knowledgeable market intelligence throughout the sales and performance
management process to ensure future scalability and cost efficiency for customized clinical/allied staffing
solutions.

• Provide guidance and support through contracting process ensuring appropriate
terms are incorporated into master service level agreements (MSAs) and devise
forward-looking strategies that anticipate clinical monitoring, review and
performance management needs ideally in earlier stages of development.
• Regularly partner with clients' clinical operations teams and with internal shared
services leaders/teams (legal, compliance, finance etc), ensuring efficient and timely
flow of information.
• Assist with the development, implementation, tracking and reporting of negotiated
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor consultant performance in alignment
with client requirements.
• Effectively coordinate across insight global leadership stakeholders to support and
make recommendations related to front-end client staffing solution boundaries and
in developing approved back-end performance management and oversight
processes and reporting.
• Attend relevant conferences to develop and maintain relationships with current and
potential clients
• Travel to client-facing meetings to support sales strategies and regularly engage in
consultant-facing reviews to enable robust performance oversight.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years large acute care health system experience with progressive clinical and
operational leadership roles
• Prefer experience with Level 1 Trauma and clinical centers of excellence
• Prefer experience with CMS demonstration projects and/or chronic condition
management program design and implementation
• Offshore experience preferred
• 50% or greater travel, willing to travel with short notice to capitalize on urgent market
opportunities and/or manage and support performance
• Experience with post-acute and healthcare insurance clinical teams preferred
• Require clinical licensure with masters prepared graduate degree preferred
• Successful team management and leadership experience
