IG Family Fund Program Coordinator
Overview
The IG Foundation Program Coordinator will help monitor and evaluate internal and consultant grant-request cases that are submitted. Working closely with IGFF Program Director and Core Committee, this individual will ensure the workflow of cases are met in a timely manner as well as in the approval process. Will help with the coordination of IGFF Committee Members to ensure all cases are investigated, discussed, and a decision made in a timely manner, including weekly follow up, addressing questions/concerns on cases and informing Program Director of additional assistance where needed. In addition, will work closely with the IGFF Program Director on continual IGFF highlights throughout the year, run small projects needed as the Foundation increases in size, provide back-up when the Program Director is out, and assisting in fundraising efforts for the IGFF and Be The Light Fund including Friendsgiving each November companywide and the Annual Friendsgiving 5k.
Responsibilities
- Assist Program Director on weekly IGFF Committee calls to go over new/open cases in the IGFF Dynamics portal and documentation platform and ensure cases are wrapped up within a set timeline (minus exceptions). Communicate weekly open cases each Monday for Tuesdays weekly call via Teams and email to gather list to present each week.
- Lead weekly attendance on calls and create case polls in Teams. Keep up with Committee Members/HR Team Members PTO schedule to coordinate cases accordingly and in an organized fashion.
- Serve as a liaison with IGFF Committee Members, IGFF Administrators, IGFF HR Team Members, and IGFF IT Team as a dedicated resource to ensure website and internal platform run effectively & efficiently.
- Lead all incoming cases in Dynamics to HR for consultant cases and Committee Member once HR pushes those through along with assigning new internal cases directly to Committee Member
- Assist Program Director with communication and administrative help on annual IGFF Fundraising initiatives, i.e., IGFF Friendsgiving and Friendsgiving 5k in Atlanta.
- Assist Program Director along with IGCA and Internal Comms to ensure IGFF is highlighted throughout the year to increase visibility and fundraising efforts. This includes MyIG, Bagel Drop, Social Media content and LinkedIn.
- Assist Program Director on yearly IGFF Committee Gifts for past year Committee Members

Qualifications
- Proficiency in multiple IT Programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva and Airtable.
- A successful track record in setting priorities, managing multiple projects, and working effectively under pressure/last minute changes to achieve individual and organizational goals.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and available for all Committee Members along with internal employees and consultants if required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest and commitment to continuously learn and develop as a professional in the Philanthropy arena and fundraising efforts.
- Demonstrated ability to continuously execute best practice research.
- Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to IG's Shared Values and mission.
