Position Title: HR Coordinator - Onboarding & Training

Position Summary:

The HR Coordinator will support all administrative functions needed to onboard payrolled contractors, weekly timekeeping maintenance, and continuous consultant engagement. The HR Coordinator will initiate communication with the payroll contractor, walk them through the onboarding process and manage all tasks to complete contract execution, background checks, drug tests and any other necessary onboarding items specific to each client. The HR Coordinator will also support the successful training and development of Monument employees and will assist in the creation of training curriculum. This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Human Resources.

Responsibilities

Onboarding (75%)

  • Builds and maintains relationships with payrolled contractors
  • Network within the Insight Global back-office teams
  • Focus on continuous improvement of daily service and delivery to all end users (Contractors, Insight Global, MSPs, and Client)
  • Ensure needs and performance requirements are met through the following of consistent, efficient, and effective processes
  • Understand and drive all processes related to the onboarding of the payrolled contractors and continued consultant engagement
  • Conduct quarterly quality check ins with each payrolled contractors and act as the continuous POC for any questions/concerns
  • Collect and maintain contractor onboarding documentation
  • Responds to and resolves user issues (Contractor, Insight Global, MSPs, and Client).
  • Ensure compliance with client procurement policies, guidelines, and processes
  • Perform and track worker audits
  • Support and exceed expected Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Responsible for keeping the client POC informed of the payroll contractor's onboarding status

Training (25%)

  • Assists with the management of Monument's learning management system
  • Create and review training materials
  • Schedules training sessions and ensures the correct technology and environment is in place

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2+ years Professional Experience (1 year recruiting experience strongly preferred)
  • 0-1 years MSP/VMS Experience
  • 0-1 years of related training or teaching experience in delivering or supporting training solutions.
  • Articulate and clear communication style, both written and verbally, with the ability to provide consultation to partners and customers, while managing expectations
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multi-task & prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with and basic skills with Microsoft Office

Pay Range

USD $22.12 - USD $24.04 /Hr.
