Overview

The Hospitality Coordinator, alongside the Hospitality Supervisor, will be the first point of contact for all scheduled meetings and events taking place at Twelve24 Insight Global Headquarters and Campus 244, Insight Global training and satellite office and with that, provide exceptional hospitality throughout the planning and execution of the events.

The Hospitality Coordinator will assist the Hospitality Supervisor working in tandem with both internal and contracted personnel to oversee and execute events with an emphasis on detail according to the vision and framework of the Hospitality Manager.

The Hospitality Coordinator will assist with the management of the many aspects of the events and programs at Twelve 24 and Campus 244 including:

• food and beverage orders

• menu planning

• audio-visual coordination including virtual capability

• venue set-up

• budget allocation and tracking

• vendor relations

• security access

• off-site group dinner scheduling

• hotel coordination

• on-site service and assistance

• invoice reconciliation

The Hospitality Coordinator will work with the Hospitality Supervisor to:

• run the internal lunch offerings, support dinners and happy hours by forecasting internal counts, food and beverage menu planning, ensuring personnel are scheduled appropriately and inventory is properly accounted for

• communicate requests to the appropriate departments

• lead the roll-out of the software implementation for meeting requests and head training for employees

• work collaboratively to brainstorm new ideas

• work closely with the IGU Training Team to manage upcoming training classes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of professional experience preferred in event planning or hospitality field
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently in Microsoft Office Suite. Additional hospitality software experience a plus
  • Must be willing to relocate to IG headquarters in Atlanta
  • Monday-Friday, be willing to work a flexible schedule, adjusting to when support is needed for events. This is not limited to a 8-5 and could include non-traditional hours
