Overview

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions that ensure the security, integrity, and accessibility of our organization's digital assets. The IAM Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive strategies and solutions that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement IAM solutions, including access management, identity lifecycle management, single sign-on, and authentication mechanisms.
  • Migrate legacy Partner/Customer accounts/users from an On-Premise Active Directory to a SaaS IDM Solution.
  • Evaluating and automating Identity Management requirements within Azure AD environments
  • Ensuring federated access across Active Directory, Azure AD, and other environments
  • Troubleshooting and resolving Azure environment performance issues, connectivity issues, security issues, etc.
  • Working with teams to integrate Azure infrastructure components into processes and procedures.
  • Develop IAM architecture blueprints and implementation plans that address current and future business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define IAM policies, standards, and procedures that adhere to regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
  • Lead the integration of IAM solutions with existing systems and applications, ensuring seamless user experience and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to IAM team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on IAM-related matters, advising senior leadership on strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
  • Ability to drive their own workload and take initiative.
  • Work with the Director, to execute a comprehensive IAM strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management, access controls, and authentication protocols.
  • Experience with IAM tools and technologies, such as Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, and identity governance platforms.
  • Experience with cloud identity and access management (CIAM) solutions, particularly in hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP, are highly desirable.
