Position Title: Contracts Specialist

Position Summary:

The Contracts Specialist/Supply Chain Analyst will be a full-time employee, dedicating their time to supporting the onboarding of suppliers during implementations. This entails working directing with our Clients, Monument's Account Management and Legal Teams to successfully onboard suppliers for Program support. This would involve Client and Account Management coordination and communication concerning the Program and supplier, as well as supplier calls and redline mitigation during implementation. This individual will be responsible for the coordination of team involvement (Account Management, Finance, Legal, Clients) to achieve a successful supplier onboarding initiative that is customized for each client. This role is a support specialist for all things supplier related will have input on both contractual aspects of Supply Chain as well as strategic supply chain items.

Responsibilities

  • Works with Account Management Team for communication and decisioning regarding supplier additions to active MSP Programs.
  • Manages workload within this workstream by creating a positive and productive working relationship with Account Management, Legal, Finance and Clients.
  • Creates implementation status reports and is involved in escalation and resolution of supplier items (Contractual and Program processes).
  • Serve as the point of contact for supplier onboarding documentation distribution and collection.
  • Organize storage of supplier documentation (Contracts, COIs, Diversity Certs, ACH/EFT, and tax forms).
  • Serve as the face of Monument to prospective partners
  • Responsible for supplier onboarding calls or supplier onboarding forum.
  • Partners with Monument Legal, Account Management, and Client representatives to resolve any contractual negotiations or redlines
  • Assists in the implementation of Supply Chain strategies, contract administration, and supplier onboarding for Monument Programs
  • Masters daily workflow of ad-hoc supplier additions to existing Monument programs
  • Provides program overview reports to educate internal/external stakeholders on key Program details

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience working in the staffing industry or relevant experience
  • Negotiation capabilities for contract administration
  • Understanding of both Staffing and MSP terminology and operations
  • Ability to work independently
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated multi-tasking skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel)
  • Knowledge of Google programs (Google Drive, Google Sheets)

Pay Range

USD $61,000.00 - USD $67,000.00 /Yr.
