Overview

Our team is looking for an experienced BI Developer.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include: Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis and regular audits for our HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ensure data integrity and compliance with all local, state and federal laws. Work cross-functionally across the corporate office, working closely with our Payroll, Accounting, Finance, and IT teams, Talent Teams. Work closely with HR, Payroll, Compensation and Accounting in ensuring accurate data for Expenses, Payroll Costs, Headcount and Activity Reporting and tracking, as well as Tax and PTO Liability reporting. Act as a Key Data Quality Steward and Evangelist and play a key role in cleaning, transforming, and maintaining Payroll and HR related data. Partnering with Executives and SME's to identify current data quality vulnerabilities. Developing and Maintaining Regular Data Controls on all UKG Data. Partnering with Payroll, Accounting, Audit, Finance, and Compensation to run Ad-

Hoc analyses. Training and Supporting new users in IBM Cognos Report and Dashboard Development. Training and supporting users specifically in BI Talent reporting. Assist HRIS and Payroll Compliance teams with mass updates to UKG data as needed. Partner with Data Engineering teams to integrate UKG data into our internal data store.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Operations Research, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field. 12 mo. experience as Data Analyst, Human Resource Analyst, or a similar analyst position. 12 months experience in: Tableau, Excel, SAP, HR Process Automation, HRIS Management, and HR Analysis & Reporting. University coursework must have included: SQL, Excel & Python. 40 hrs./wk. 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
