Windows Engineer with French

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Windows Engineer to join a Windows/Storage infrastructure team within the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain Windows servers environments in a high-availability, regulated environment.
• Manage and optimize Windows servers configurations for critical services and applications.
• Support and administer backup and storage solutions, Net Backup (Veritas) (not mandatory)
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
• Ensure systems comply with industry security standards and internal audit requirements.
• Collaborate with development, network, and storage teams to ensure seamless integration and support.
• Document systems, procedures, and policies to support knowledge sharing and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in on-call rotation, provide support during incidents, and change Windows

• 10+ years of experience as a Windows system administrator/engineer, with deep knowledge of Windows Server (versions 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022)
• Strong understanding of system architecture, administration Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix).
• Solid understanding of storage systems, SAN/NAS concepts, and enterprise backup strategies would be a plus.
• Good understanding of ITIL practices and experience working in regulated environments (banking/finance preferred).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
