Windchill Functional Consultant

Infosys is seeking a Windchill Functional Consultant to support and enhance our PLM systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Windchill functionality, business processes, and end-user support. This role involves working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to ensure effective use of Windchill in daily operations.

Required Qualifications:
Candidate can be located anywhere in the US. This position will require travel to project locations.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution in Mechanical / Computer Science/ Information Systems Management or related field required. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
2+ years of experience in Windchill functional support or consulting
Strong understanding of PLM processes and Windchill modules
Experience in user support, issue tracking, and resolution
Familiarity with Windchill configurations, workflows, and lifecycles
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts, as the role may involve combination of regular shifts and off shift support needs as they arise

Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to Windchill 12.x
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Familiarity with integration between Windchill and ERP/CAD systems

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA/ WA/NY/CO/MD/IL/MN/NJ: $62,000 to $86,800.
In Washington, DC: $62,600 to $76,100
